Linda feels that today we are experiencing a more normal market compared to several years ago. Linda says that the highly inflated real estate market  between 2004 - 2006 priced home ownership out of reach for so many people. Though it is still a challenging market , the good news is that the cost of owning a home has come down and there are many great opportunities.
