When I work with individual clients, I specialize in residential resale in the Albuquerque metropolitan areas.  I work with home buyers and sellers who are often attracted to mature neighborhoods because of their convenience, established ammenities and sense of community. Mature adults who are downsizing and looking for smaller homes in mature neighborhoods find that I can usually help them find exactly what they are looking for.

A home is a holistic system, a mini ecosystem for its residents and thinking of it in terms of "cradle to cradle" instead of "cradle to grave" provides immense opportunities for sustainable living.

I believe that the "greenest" house is the one that is already built. Every existing house can be made more energy efficient and at far less cost in both money and embodied energy than new building   Affordable and inexpensive changes can reap big energy savings. Everyone deserves a safe, affordable home, be it ever so humble. Mature neighborhoods can be revitalized without being gentrified. I operate my life and my business in accordance with the Four Agreements:
